Choose a plan and pay
Pay by card in hryvnias, Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency. Card payments use the secure WayForPay page — your card details are not sent to the bot or to us.
Connect your account
Sign in through the Mini App. Enter your verification code there; it is not stored. Your two-step verification password is not sent to the chat.
Start using it
The assistant starts working immediately. Settings, statistics and disconnecting are always available in the bot.

Is this safe for my account?
The assistant works as a regular Telegram client on your behalf. The verification code is entered in the Mini App and is not stored; your two-step verification password is not sent to the chat. The session is stored encrypted. You can disconnect your account in settings at any time.
Can anyone see my messages?
Saved messages are sent only to you. We do not read your conversations or share them with third parties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the bot: ⚙️ Settings → “Cancel auto-renewal”. Charges stop immediately and your paid period remains active until it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under the terms in the “Terms and refunds” section below.
What happens if my card has insufficient funds?
The payment provider will notify you before charging and retry the next day. The bot will also send a message. Your subscription does not stop immediately.
How many devices and accounts can I connect?
One subscription covers one Telegram account. You can disconnect it and connect another in settings at no extra charge.

Terms, payments and refunds
Placing an order means accepting these terms. This is a public contract under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Service scope and delivery
The seller provides access to a software service — a personal assistant for Telegram — for the period selected by the buyer (30, 90 or 365 days).
The service is delivered remotely and starts once payment is received. Access is activated automatically; no separate acceptance forms or paper documents are provided.
Payment, pricing and automatic renewal
Prices in the “Plans” section are in hryvnias and are final: the buyer is not charged additional fees.
Card payments are processed by WayForPay. Card details are not shared with the seller or stored in the service.
The subscription renews for the same period and amount until the buyer cancels. The payment provider sends advance notice of the charge. Cancel at any time in the bot: ⚙️ Settings → “Cancel auto-renewal”. Your paid period remains active until it ends.
Refunds
The buyer may cancel the service and receive a refund if:
- the service was not delivered due to technical issues on the seller’s side;
- payment was taken by mistake or twice for the same period;
- the request was made within 14 days of payment and the service was not actually used.
If part of the period has been used, the amount for unused days is refunded.
Access ends when the payment is refunded, and auto-renewal is cancelled so there are no further charges.
To request a refund, contact support (@UserAgentManager) with the payment date and amount. Requests are reviewed within 3 working days. Refunds go to the same card within the issuing bank’s timeframe (usually up to 30 days).
Personal data processing
We process only what is needed to run the service: Telegram account ID, username, phone number, selected plan and interface language.
The account session is stored encrypted and used solely to run the assistant. Conversations are not read, analysed or shared with third parties.
Data is not sold or shared, except with the payment provider as needed to process payments. Contact support to request deletion of your data.
Liability and limitations
The service is provided “as is”. The seller is not responsible for Telegram’s actions, including account restrictions or bans imposed by Telegram.
The buyer must not use the service for spam, fraud or actions that violate Ukrainian law or Telegram rules. Violations may result in access being terminated without a refund.
